Team Training
I help teams or cohorts navigating increasingly complex challenges that emerge as they take on more significant leadership roles. In classroom environments or remotely. Customized group programs include:
Monthly team call with the same participants each month
A six-week program of 6-8 participants around a common theme
A twelve-week program which meets every other week with assigned work in between
A blended program of two group calls per month and one individual coaching call between sessions.
